Located at Main and Ferndale, Main-Transit Station No.1 is situated on approximately 18 acres land, which is also the site for the fire departments training facility, pavilion, softball diamond and Banquet hall. Main-Transit Station No.1 houses most of our apparatus including two class 'A' engines, a heavy rescue, ladder truck, class III ambulance and two utility trucks. Station No.1 also has a diesel-powered generator, which is capable of powering the entire facility for several days before refueling.
